JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for the overall maintenance of all mechanical equipment and system on site.
  • Accountable for the efficient and safe operation of all eqipment.
  • Close monitoring and supervising of all major shutdowns.
  • Managing and if need be hands on emergency mechanical work when it occurs 24 hours basis.
  • Organizing the section's manpower for appropriate preventive maintenance.
  • Organizing maintenence contractor's work.
  • Supervise maintenance contractor's work.
  • Planning of major maintennace servicie (routine and preventive) required by the mechanical equipment.
  • Liaisons with local authorities who has jurisdiction over mechanical services.
  • Reviewing, updating and improving all maintenance procedures.
  • Assist the building manager in preparing monthly maintenance report.
  • To carry out special assignment as directed by the Facility Manager.
  • Assist and engage in Quality Management system (QMS) and also assist the company in implementing the ISO system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
