About the role

As a Frontend Developer at Softvance Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the user-facing components of our web applications. This is a full-time position based in our modern offices in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. You will work closely with our talented team of developers, designers, and product managers to create exceptional digital experiences for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code
  2. Implement responsive and mobile-friendly user interfaces
  3. Collaborate with the design team to translate creative concepts into functional user interfaces
  4. Integrate front-end components with back-end services and APIs
  5. Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues to ensure a seamless user experience
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices
  7. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow team members

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  2. 1-3 years of experience in front-end web development, with a strong portfolio of projects
  3. Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including frameworks like React, Angular, or
  4. Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
  5. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and agile development methodologies
  6. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  7. Strong communication and collaboration abilities
