Job Description:

  1. Be responsible for service request reception, entitlement check, registration and its distribution.
  2. Daily inbound and outbound calls and ticket handling on eCare system.
  3. Routine follow up call and email on the status of the ticket to the customer.
  4. Carry out service satisfaction surveys, record customer comments and test calls on the regular basis.
  5. Handle Live chats timely 6. Able to work on Night and Day shift on rotation basis.

Job Requirements:

  1. Candidate MUST possess Degree in any field.
    1. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Have good patience when handling customer complaints.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Professional with positive self-image and good attitude.
  6. Willing to work on long hour and on shifts when required.
  7. Basic knowledge in handling Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and Microsoft Outlook Email programs.
  8. Excellent communication skills (in both verbal and written) are essential in this role
