What you'll be doing

  • Conceptualising and creating visually appealing, on-brand social media content including graphics, videos, and written posts
  • Managing and growing our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok
  • Monitoring social media trends and analytics to continuously improve content performance
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand strategy
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
  • Providing recommendations for social media campaigns and initiatives to drive audience engagement and reach

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a social media content creation or digital marketing or Fresh Graduate/ Candidate with Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Marketing, Graphic Designing, Corporate Communications / Mass Communications, Multimedia or equivalent Required skill(s) are preferred.
  • Graphics design & Videography related applicants are encouraged.
  • Good copywriting skills and adaptive to different writing tones and styles are added advantage
  • Excellent creative and visual design skills, with proficiency in using graphic design tools such as Canva, Capcut, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling, engaging content and fluent in English.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed, always be adaptive to a fast-paced environment and company's KPI
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their unique content formats
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to interpret and apply data-driven insights
