What you'll be doing

  • Design and Deploy.Develop and implement enterprise-level IT environment systems that support the organizations operational.
  • Monitor and Maintain.Ensure IT Day to day IT operation remain operational and secure.
  • Disaster Recovery.Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and procedures.
  • Troubleshooting.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems as they arise.
  • Performance Monitoring.Proactively monitor and analyze system performance and reliability.
  • Documentation.Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT infrastructures, systems, and procedures.
  • Security.Implement and maintain security best practice to protect IT infrastructure.
  • Project Management.Manage and lead IT project.
  • Secondary Responsibilities.Build, automate and deploy simple internal software application tools (dashboards, digital forms, web interfaces, etc) to support the company. Support integration between systems (ERP, MES, PLM, QMS, etc).

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Services for VBA, Python, JavaScript, SQL, Power BI, ERP. Hands-on experience in managing IT environment.
  • Hands on experience in programming and/or inhouse bespoke software application tools development, deployment, end-user support and troubleshooting (software/hardware), server physical/virtual administration and configuration.
  • Ability to work independently, resourcefully, reliable, positive and discipline attitude.
  • Good accountability and can easily adapt to changes.
  • Good spoken, written in english, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
