Job Description

  • Prepare Human Resource documents related to an employee's entire life cycle during their employment.
  • Process monthly payroll and handle statutory requirements
  • Support recruitment efforts: job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation.
  • Liaising and managing the process of signing HR-related documents.
  • Organize and maintain personnel records and keep all information updated in HRIS system
  • Update internal Human Resource databases such as maintaining leave records.
  • Assist in improving employee relations by organizing team activities.
  • Have a clear understanding of company policies and answer employees' queries about HR-related issues.
  • Hold high esteem for the quality of work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the set-out timeline.
  • Manage all matters pertaining to the upkeep of office including office asset, stationery, uniform, grocery, cleanliness etc.
  • General office admin duties

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource, Administration, Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HR area.
  • Strong interpersonal skill, positive attitude, fast leaner, self-motivated & aggressive.
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin speaking preferred.
