A leading financial services company is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth across Asia Markets. This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead regional expansion, build strong networks, and shape commercial success in a fast-paced, international environment.

Position: Business Development Manager (Asia Markets)
Location: Remote (based in Thailand, Malaysia, or Korea)
Employment Type: Full-time

What You'll Do:
Identify, recruit, and manage strategic partners, affiliates, and business introducers
Develop and implement strategies to boost client acquisition, revenue growth, and market share
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders across target markets
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Deliver market intelligence on trends, competitors, and regulatory updates
Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
Monitor business performance and provide regular reports to senior leadership

What We're Looking For:
Native/fluent English speaker (C1 level) + fluency in Thai, Malay, or Korean
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or affiliate management (digital services/tech sector preferred)
Proven success building and managing partner networks in international or emerging markets
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel across assigned regions when needed
