This Admin Assistant- Audit role is ideal for someone who is organised, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced SME environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the audit team with documentation, filing, and audit administrative tasks.
- Prepare and organise audit files before fieldwork.
- Handle data entry, scanning, printing, and updating records.
- Assist in tracking deadlines, client documents, and audit progress.
- Liaise with clients to collect documents, information and billing when needed.
- Support general office administration for the audit department.
About the Role
We are looking for an Admin Assistant – Corporate Services to support our company secretarial team with administrative work, document preparation, and client coordination. This role fits someone organised, responsible, and eager to learn in an SME environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing company secretarial documents and forms.
- Manage filing, scanning, updating statutory records, and maintaining proper documentation.
- Support in updating registers, client details, and company files.
- Liaise with clients for document collection and basic information requests.
- Assist the team in administrative tasks such as printing, binding, and data entry.
- Ensure documents are properly organised for deadlines and submissions.
- SPM/STPM/Diploma Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Require language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & basic mandarin is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to multitask and manage deadlines.
