We are hiring for a Senior Full-stack Developer and a chinese-mandarin speaker to work with our hiring partner. Our client is an award-winning RegTech firm headquartered in SEA, with coverage across Asia Pacific (APAC). It was spun off from a reputable firm serving the financial industry and has been recognized with a prestigious technology excellence award. Our Client's mission is to be the region's leading regulatory technology firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development & Maintenance:
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services using
    NodeJS
    .
  • Develop interactive user interfaces using
    React or Vue
    .
  • Manage and optimize
    MongoDB
    and
    SupaBase
    databases.
  • Apply a strong understanding of
    Microservices Architecture
    and API design.
  • Cloud Deployment & Operations:
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on
    Azure
    .
  • Implement and manage
    CI/CD pipelines
    .
  • Web Application Security:
  • Design and implement security mechanisms (encryption, authentication, access controls).
  • Ensure all implementations adhere to industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2).
  • Collaboration & Best Practices:
  • Work closely with compliance, data crawler, and machine learning teams.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and project status reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Stack:
  • NodeJS:
    Extensive experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • React:
    Solid understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
  • MongoDB & SupaBase:
    Expertise in schema design and query optimization.
  • Tailwind CSS:
    Practical experience with this CSS framework.
  • Azure:
    Hands-on experience with deployment and cloud-native features.
  • Github & DevOps:
    Familiarity with version control, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.
  • Security:
    Strong understanding of security protocols, cryptography, and web application security best practices.
  • Soft Skills:
    Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
