Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and manage high-rise building projects from planning through completion;
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating tasks to ensure that work progresses as planned, helping to resolve any scheduling conflicts;
  • Monitor and report on the quality of work performed on-site;
  • Identify and report any issues, delays, or challenges that may arise during the construction process;
  • Ensure contractor to construct according to construction drawings & specification;
  • Coordinate with various contractors and consultants on all site matters;
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering issues at the site;
  • Attend site meetings with consultants and contractors;
  • Quality assurance and quality checking on architectural & engineering works and monitoring rectification progress diligently;
  • Site valuation and certification of work done.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent;
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu; We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in high-rise property development;
  • Strong technical knowledge in building construction, structural works and M&E coordination;
  • Resourceful and good communication skill;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites & AutoCAD;
  • Possess own vehicle and driving license.
