We are looking for a dedicated and detail oriented Finance Executive to join our finance team and support our daily accounting operations.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Finance Manager in day-to-day accounting operations.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial documents, vouchers, and journal entries.
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts.
  • Assist in monitoring cash flow, budgeting, and expense control activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
  • Help ensure that accounting transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Participate in inventory verification, asset tracking, and cost analysis when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial data and support continuous process improvement within the finance function.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during the yearly financial audit, ensuring all audit schedules, documents, and reports are prepared accurately and on time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of working experience in accounting or finance operations.
  • Proficient in accounting software such as SQL, Autocount, or SAP.
  • Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
