Location: Bandar Puteri Puchong

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training & Development

· Identify training needs through performance reviews, manager input, and skills gap analysis.

· Plan, coordinate, and execute training programs (internal workshops, external trainers, e-learning, certifications).

· Manage training budgets, attendance, and evaluation of training effectiveness.

· Drive continuous learning culture and support career development initiatives.

· Maintain training records, reports, and HRDF claims (if applicable).

2. Recruitment & Selection

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for various business units, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

· Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.

· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.

· Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor regulations.

3. Campus Recruitment

· Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and professional institutions.

· Organize career fairs, internship programs, and graduate hiring initiatives.

· Enhance employer branding strategies targeting fresh graduates and young professionals.

· Oversee onboarding and mentoring programs for interns and management trainees.

4. Ad Hoc HR Projects & Support

· Support HR-related projects, events, and engagement activities as required.

· Assist in policy updates, reporting, audits, and compliance tasks.

· Undertake ad hoc assignments from management to support business and HR priorities

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in HR, with exposure to training, recruitment, or campus hiring preferred.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with HRIS systems is an added advantage.

· Self-driven, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

· Passion for people development and talent acquisition.
