Requirements

·       Minimum education level: Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Construction Management, or any related field.

·       Must possess a valid DOSH-registered Yellow Book (Site Safety Supervisor Certificate).

必须持有 DOSH 认证的黄皮书(工地安全监督员证书)。

·       Candidates with a valid Green Book (Registered Safety & Health Officer – SHO) will have an added advantage.

持有 绿皮书(注册安全与健康官员证书,SHO) 者将被优先考虑。

·       Minimum 5 years of working experience in site safety supervision.

具有至少 5 年工地安全监督经验。

·       Strong knowledge of OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, and relevant safety regulations.

熟悉 OSHA 1994(职业安全与健康法)、FMA 1967(工厂与机械法) 及相关安全法规。

·       Able to develop, implement, and monitor Safety Management Plans and Emergency Response Procedures.

能够制定、执行并监督 安全管理计划 与 应急响应程序。

·       Excellent skills in safety reporting, communication, and coordination.

具备出色的 安全报告撰写、沟通及协调能力。

·       Able to work independently and proactively enforce safety compliance on-site.

能独立工作并积极推动工地安全合规。

·       Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an advantage).

具备良好的 英文及马来文沟通能力(懂中文者优先)。

·       Physically fit and willing to work full-time at the project site.

身体健康,能接受全职驻现场工作。

Responsibilities

·       Ensure all site operations comply with OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, and other relevant safety laws and regulations.

确保所有施工活动符合 OSHA 1994(职业安全与健康法)、FMA 1967(工厂与机械法) 及其他相关安全法规。

·       Conduct regular site safety inspections, risk assessments, and identify potential hazards.

定期进行 现场安全检查、风险评估,并识别潜在的危险源。

·       Monitor and enforce safety rules, regulations, and procedures among workers and subcontractors.

监督并执行员工及分包商的 安全规章与操作程序。

·       Conduct Toolbox Meetings, Safety Briefings, and Emergency Drills for all site personnel.

组织并主持 安全例会(Toolbox Meeting)、安全简报 和 应急演练。

·       Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.

调查并报告 事故、意外及未遂事件,提出纠正与预防措施。

·       Prepare, maintain, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports to management or DOSH when required.

编写、维护并提交 每日、每周及每月安全报告,必要时呈报给管理层或 DOSH。

·       Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe work practices at all times.

确保工人正确使用 个人防护装备(PPE) 并遵守安全操作规范。

·       Assist in developing and implementing the Site Safety Plan (SSP) and Emergency Response Plan (ERP).

协助制定并落实 工地安全计划(SSP) 与 应急响应计划(ERP)。

·       Liaise with DOSH officers and ensure all permits-to-work are properly reviewed, approved, and executed according to site safety requirements.

与 DOSH 官员保持沟通,确保所有作业许可证(Permit-to-Work)依照工地安全要求正确审核、批准及执行。

·       Develop and deliver tailored health and safety training programs for site personnel to improve safety awareness and compliance.

为工地员工制定并开展有针对性的安全与健康培训,提高安全意识与合规水平。

·       Maintain accurate safety documentation, including safety records, incident logs, and PPE issuance tracking.

维护完整的安全文件记录,包括安全档案、事故日志及个人防护装备(PPE)发放记录。

·       Liaise with project management, contractors, consultants, and authorities on all safety-related matters.

与项目管理层、承包商、顾问及相关部门 就安全事项保持沟通协调。

·       Promote and maintain a strong safety culture and continuous awareness among all site personnel.

推动并维持全体工地员工的 安全文化与安全意识。
