  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of healthcare industry practices, terminology, and customer expectations.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate in a third language (Mandarin/Tamil/others) is an added advantage.
