Kami sedang mencari seorang Account Admin (Purchasing) yang bertanggungjawab, teliti, dan berdisiplin untuk menyertai pasukan kami di Bumbu Babah.
Calon yang sesuai akan membantu menguruskan urusan akaun, pembelian, dan dokumentasi kewangan bagi menyokong kelancaran operasi syarikat dalam industri F&B kami yang sedang berkembang pesat.
Tanggungjawab Utama (Job Responsibilities):
- Mengurus dan memproses pesanan pembelian (Purchase Order – PO) kepada pembekal.
- Memastikan setiap pembelian direkod dengan betul dan disahkan mengikut prosedur syarikat.
- Menyemak invois, resit, dan dokumen pembayaran sebelum diserahkan kepada bahagian akaun.
- Menyediakan laporan pembelian dan bajet bulanan.
- Menyemak serta mengemas kini senarai pembekal dan harga bahan mentah/barangan.
- Bekerjasama dengan bahagian operasi untuk memastikan bekalan bahan mencukupi.
- Membantu tugas pentadbiran (admin) dan kewangan am seperti filing, data entry, dan laporan.
- Menyokong proses audit dalaman dan memastikan semua dokumen disimpan dengan teratur.
Syarat & Kelayakan (Requirements):
- Minimum Diploma / Ijazah dalam bidang Perakaunan, Pentadbiran Perniagaan, Kewangan, atau bidang berkaitan.
- 1–3 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam pembelian (purchasing / procurement) atau akaun adalah satu kelebihan.
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel, Word, dan sistem akaun (contoh: SQL, UBS, Autocount, atau seumpamanya).
- Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dan mampu bekerja dalam pasukan.
- Teliti, amanah, dan mampu mengurus tugasan dengan pengawasan minimum.
- Boleh bekerja di bawah tekanan dan menepati tarikh akhir.
