Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Provide feedback and market insights to management for strategic planning.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and company events to promote products and services.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of working experience in sales, preferably in the relevant industry (fresh graduates are often considered for junior positions).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Target-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
