Job Overview:
We are looking for Malaysians fluent in Arabic to join our growing FX and CFDs brokerage team. You will provide customer support to Arabic-speaking clients, manage funding operations, and ensure smooth back-office and KYC processes.

What will you do:

  • Handle client inquiries via live chat, email, and tickets.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, and other funding activities.
  • Conduct KYC verifications and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Support back-office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent service.
Who are we looking for:
  • Malaysian citizen or resident.
  • Fluency in Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively across written and verbal channels.
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and clarity in both written and spoken interactions.
  • Prior experience in customer support, funding, or back-office operations within the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience in FX, CFDs, or financial services preferred.
  • Knowledge of trading platforms, payments, and KYC/AML processes.
