Key Responsibilities
1. Governance
  • Review, enforce, and maintain all corporate security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure alignment with Group Security and regulatory requirements.
  • Own and maintain security documentation, including policy and procedure lifecycle management.
  • Develop and track security governance KPIs for management reporting.
  • Partner with technical and business teams to embed "Security by Design" into systems and projects.
2. Risk Management
  • Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and security gap analyses.
  • Develop, document, and track effective risk mitigation and treatment plans.
  • Perform security reviews of new technologies, tools, and applications.
  • Support third-party vendor assessments and compliance checks.
  • Participate in crisis management planning and tabletop exercises.
3. Compliance
  • Perform continuous security compliance reviews against ISO 27001, NIST, and other relevant frameworks.
  • Maintain risk registers, audit findings, and progress tracking for management visibility.
  • Support cybersecurity awareness and training programs for regional teams.
  • Participate in ad-hoc improvement initiatives as assigned by the Cybersecurity Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
Required
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Information Security, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in GRC, IT risk management, or information security audit.
  • Hands-on exposure to frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or CIS Controls.
  • Experience in risk assessment, policy enforcement, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with common IT threats, vulnerabilities, and incident handling.
Preferred
  • Regional / multinational exposure.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP.
  • Excellent communication in English, with ability to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese preferred.
