Operating multiple manufacturing facilities across multiple continents, the company serves a wide international customer base.

Your new role

  • You are responsible in leading day-to-day factory operations to ensure production and quality goals are met according to business needs.
  • Develop and execute manufacturing plans aligned with corporate goals, focusing on quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Structure the department effectively, define roles, and manage team responsibilities and workflows
  • Monitor and report on production performance, quality, and KPIs, including root cause analysis of results
  • Lead cost-saving initiatives and continuous process improvements across manufacturing functions
  • Ensure compliance with OSH, GMP, ISO, and other recognized systems while optimizing manufacturing process and packaging production.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • More than 10 years of experience in a leadership capacity managing factory operations. FMCG packaging experience is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in PET and blow molding operations is necessary.
