Job Overview:  We are seeking an enthusiastic and charismatic Livestream Host to engage our audience and showcase our extensive range of health and beauty products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare, cosmetics, and wellness, creating an interactive and informative shopping experience for our viewers. Additionally, the Livestream Host will be involved in the video creation process, contributing to the planning and production of engaging content that aligns with our brand values.

Job Descriptions:

Livestream Host

  • Responsible for hosting live stream on social media platforms, including but not limited TikTok.
  • Interact with viewers during live broadcasts, attract and maintain the audience's attention, drive traffic and engagement, provide professional advice, answer enquiries and build a strong and loyal online community.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our products/services and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Introduce product selling points, display of product, reviews and consumer experience in an attractive and creative manner during livestream session.
  • Provide accurate product information, including materials, prices, and benefits, to assist customer in making informed purchase decisions.
  • Proactively encourage online audiences to adopt our product and make online purchases.
  • Review the data (Insight & Feedback) after the livestream, and continuously elevate the live stream effect, and develop creative ways to enhance and improve livestream flows

Host Performance

  • Candidates are required to possess excellent communication skills, good public speaking skills & good product presentation skills
  • Candidate must be presentable, cheerful and attractive personality, and be comfortable to talk in front of the camera, not a camera shy.
  • Familiar with live streaming technology, proficient in using live streaming equipment and operations, able to quickly process and solve technical issues.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the live streaming process and program content, able to plan and adjust according to the needs of the audience.
  • Equipped with on-site scheduling and contingency response capabilities, able to respond promptly to unexpected and take effective measures.
  • Candidates must possess good discipline and teamwork spirit, willing to learn, positive attitude and able to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work during weekends and public holidays based on promotional needs and live broadcast schedules.
  • Update to TikTok Trends

Content Management

  • Be part of a talent for video shooting but not limited to join in the content ideas and planning

Qualifications

  • Bahasa Malaysia and English Speaking
  • Fresh Graduate/ Prior Experience in Livestream Hosting, E-commerce, Marketing or related field
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or related field are preferred
  • Experience in livestream, hosting, streamer or blogger that able to promote and do sales (Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage and entertain live audience
  • Familiarity with TikTok's Platform, trends and features
  • Fast Learner and good attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, to accommodate livestream schedules
  • This is a full time position.
