Senior Sales Executive NORMAL OFFICE HOURS

We are hiring 10 Senior Sales Executives to drive revenue growth for promoting our Training Programmes and Professional Certification offerings. This role is ideal for experienced B2B sales professionals who have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and engaging with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities (In-House / Public).
- Understand client training needs and propose suitable program solutions.
- Deliver presentations, proposals, and product demos to HR, L&D, and corporate decision-makers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Provide continuous follow-up and ensure client satisfaction to drive repeat business.
- Generate leads through networking, cold-calling, referrals, events, and digital outreach.
- Represent MIM at industry events, seminars, and conferences.
- Keep updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
- Maintain accurate sales activities in CRM (Pipedrive).
- Submit weekly reports and update sales funnel progress.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Product Development teams.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in B2B sales (training, education, membership, professional services preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving monthly/annual sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling skills with ability to propose tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with HRDF-claimable programs or L&D landscape in Malaysia is an advantage.
- Strong networking ability with corporate clients (HR, L&D, Training departments).
- Highly motivated, independent, and results-driven.
- Experience in membership-based or professional development organisations is an added advantage.
