  • Management of the daily operations and overall accounting & admin functions.
  • To be responsible in Petty Cash.
  • To prepare the monthly payable.
  • To evaluate potential external provider based on criteria stated in New External Provider Evaluation Form and request sample for evaluation (if necessary).
  • To prepare D/O and Sale Invoice whenever there is delivery.
  • To seek for quotations from any approved external provider.
  • To issue P/O and sent to external provider and keep track of P/O against the D/O.
  • To liaise with the external provider in following up the delivery.
  • To review and evaluate external provider's performance every 12 months.
  • Responsible for overall HR functions including Payroll, Statutory Contributions, yearly form submission.
  • Participate in recruitment and termination process including interview arrangement, preparation of employment contracts, on-boarding and exit formalities.
  • To conduct the induction Program for the new workers.
  • To process monthly salary of all the Foreign Workers and ensuring timely preparation of Payroll.
  • Controlling and purchase the usage of Stationery.
  • To undertake any related jobs assigned by direct superior.
