How you create impact

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding our Contract Logistics portfolio by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and presenting compelling solutions that create value. You will collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure profitable and sustainable growth.

Your scope covers:

  • Identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities across target industries
  • Leading customer discussions, solution design presentations, and commercial negotiations
  • Working with engineering, operations, and finance to craft competitive proposals
  • Driving pipeline development, market intelligence, and strategic account planning
  • Supporting implementation handover to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction
  • Representing Kuehne+Nagel as a trusted advisor focused on long-term partnerships

What we would like you to bring
  • Proven experience in Contract Logistics business development or solution-based selling
  • Strong ability to identify customer pain points and build tailored, value-driven proposals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in leading C-level discussions
  • Commercial acumen with experience in pricing, budgeting, and contract negotiation
