  • Develop e-learning activities to enhance digital learning on the IOI Glow platform
  • Design and implement effective training programs and initiatives
  • Assist in training needs analysis to ensure programs align with business goals
  • Support talent management and succession planning efforts
  • Monitor and evaluate staff career development
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in HRM, Psychology, or Communications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a training department
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for digital learning
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage stakeholders
