About the role

Join our vibrant team as a Kitchen Crew at snap n snack enterprise' in Melaka. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals in our fast-paced kitchen environment. What you'll be doing

  • Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking or assembling menu items.
  • Ensure food is prepared according to company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work areas.
  • Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, tools, and equipment.
  • Assist in stock checking and proper food storage.
  • Follow all food safety and cleanliness procedures.
  • Work as a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience working in a similar fast-paced kitchen environment
  2. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations
  3. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and under pressure to meet deadlines
  5. Good communication and customer service skills
