Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Administrative Duties
Greet and register patients upon arrival.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and patient follow-ups.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing using clinic software.
Maintain proper filing and organization of documents.
Clinical Assistance
Assist doctors and nurses during consultations and minor procedures.
- Prepare consultation rooms and treatment areas.
- Perform basic checks (e.g., height, weight, temperature) under supervision.
Sterilize and prepare instruments and medical supplies.
Inventory & Supplies
Monitor and replenish medical supplies.
- Ensure medications and consumables are stored properly.
Assist in stock-taking and inventory record maintenance.
Hygiene & Safety
Maintain cleanliness of consultation rooms, waiting areas, and restrooms.
- Dispose of medical waste according to safety protocols.
Support infection control practices in the clinic.
Customer Service
Ensure patients feel comfortable and attended to throughout their visit.
- Assist elderly or disabled patients when needed.
- Handle patient concerns or complaints professionally and refer to supervisor when necessary.
Requirements:Qualifications:
- SPM or equivalent.
- Additional training or certification in healthcare or clinic operations is an advantage.
Experience:
- 0–2 years of working experience in a clinic or healthcare setting.
- On-the-job training will be provided for fresh candidates.
Skills & Attributes:
- Friendly, responsible, and service-oriented attitude.
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and moderate English (other languages an advantage).
- Basic computer skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
