Tanggungjawab Utama:

  • Melaksanakan Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran (PdP) menggunakan kaedah pedagogi yang sesuai bagi memastikan objektif PdP tercapai.
  • Menjalankan penilaian dan pentaksiran terhadap perkembangan dan pencapaian murid, program dan aktiviti.
  • Mengurus dan menyelaras aktiviti kokurikulum untuk mengoptimumkan bakat dan potensi murid.
  • Membantu pengurusan hal ehwal murid demi menjaga kebajikan mereka.
  • Menyokong pelaksanaan program bagi mencapai sasaran kualiti dan kuantiti pembelajaran murid.
  • Membantu dalam pengurusan ICT untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran.
  • Terlibat dalam bimbingan dan pementoran secara berterusan bagi peningkatan prestasi organisasi.
  • Melaksanakan tugasan sampingan profesional dan bukan profesional mengikut keperluan semasa.
