  • Manage and update crew schedules for all company vessels, ensuring adequate manpower coverage at all times.
  • Handle the full recruitment process for crew members, including shortlisting, arranging interviews, and onboarding.
  • Process signing-on and signing-off procedures with the Marine Department and Immigration Department in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation for crew mobilization and demobilization is prepared and submitted on time.
  • Calculate and record crew cumulative working days, off days, and leave entitlements in the timesheet system.
  • Ensure timesheets are updated accurately for payroll and manpower planning purposes.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of crew certificates, training documents, and relevant credentials.
  • Regularly review and verify the validity of all crew certificates to ensure full compliance with statutory and company requirements.
  • Notify crew and management of upcoming certificate expirations and assist in arranging renewals or training when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of crew change dates and times for all scheduled vessel operations.
  • Coordinate with vessel masters, operations teams, and management to ensure smooth crew rotations.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma qualification or higher in Human Resource, Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in handling offshore manpower supply, crew administration, or marine operations will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate, with good proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Able to work independently, with strong dedication, responsibility, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in documentation and compliance.

Job Types: Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
