Job Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly analyze various types of data about the user, transaction, etc., excavate risk characteristics

  • Support the build of a user risk profile including designing a comprehensive user risk quantification strategy for batch registeration, promotion abuse, fraud, and arbitrage etc.

  • Create a data-driven strategy to support business risk decision-making to ensure the healthy, compliant and sustainable development of international business

  • Collaborate with teams such as algo, policies, products, technology, and operations to build and improve an AI based merchant quantitative risk management platform, and create merchant security solutions and service products;

  • Assist risk management team with departmental initiatives and other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, management science, computer science, or related fields;

  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in big data analysis and data mining, with experience in banks, third-party payment institutions, card providers and internet companies preferred

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at applying data methods

  • Collaborative and inquisitive mindset

  • Proficient in English and proficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage

  • Proficiency in SQL data processing is required

  • Proficiency in SAS, Python, R is a nice to have
