Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Construction Manager based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for remote work. The Construction Manager will oversee all stages of project execution, from planning to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met. Responsibilities include supervising on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating project controls and schedules.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills, including leadership, team management, and performance oversight
  • Thorough knowledge of Construction Safety standards and policies, with a proactive approach to risk management
  • Proficiency in Construction and related processes, including planning, execution, and problem-solving
  • Skills in Project Control, including time management, progress tracking, and resource allocation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in managing multi-phase commercial fit-out projects
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred
