Our Spare Parts Team plays a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers, maintaining their trust, and supporting the operational efficiency of their vessels.
As a Customer Experience Support, you will play a key role in supporting the Customer Experience team, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. By coordinating processes, assisting with service delivery, and helping streamline workflows, you'll contribute directly to creating a seamless and exceptional experience for our customers.
This position is part of our Global Services Division. Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Team Leader. This position is based in Malaysia
More tasks and responsibilities- Assist to update the order status for backlog and leaver's orders in the ERP SalesForce platform.
- Assist in straight forward order processings.
- Assist in checking New Claims backlog and follow up.
- Daily RFQ assignments to the responsible CXs from CX APAC shared emails
- Assist to upload QTs to customers' portals
- Assist in checking OB backlog, for ready orders on a daily basis.
- Assist in NT creations in absence of CX members
- Any ad-hoc tasks or support as required by the Line Manager

What you'll need to succeed- Diploma or above with five (5) years clerical experience.
- Attention to detail, strong communication skill, service minded and can carry out jobs independently.
- Proficiency in Google office applications (Docs, Sheets).
- Can carry out multi-tasks & deliver on time.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with the SAP, CRM systems and Salesforce will be a plus
