Support the CFO and Senior leadership team on financial planning, analysis, cost management and management reporting as well as governance initiatives.

Job Overview

  • Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting:

  • Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts.

  • Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct variance analysis to understand deviations from budget.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for management.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Cost Management:

  • Analyze costs, identify cost drivers, and support cost management initiatives.

  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis for potential projects and investments.
  • Develop and implement cost control systems.

  • Governance - SOPs/Process improvement:

  • Support organizational efforts to formalise SOPs and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiatives

  • Manage ERP updates and support implementation of enhancements / new modules

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

Educational Background:

  • Manage ERP Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business-related field.

Experience:

  • Relevant experience (3-5 yrs) in management accounting/ reporting preferably in FMCG industry.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in accounting software, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
