About the Role

We're on the lookout for a passionate and detail-driven Project Deployment Executive to join our dynamic team

In this role, you'll take the lead in deploying and integrating our Property Management and Accounting Systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll be the key driver behind seamless system rollouts, accurate data migration, and process alignment, helping our teams work smarter and more efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Project Planning & Coordination

  2. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.

  3. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project requirements are well-defined and achieved.

  4. Continuously monitor progress to ensure projects stay on track and meet business objectives.

  5. Project Execution & Monitoring

  6. Support day-to-day project implementation in line with approved standards and methodologies.

  7. Track performance, manage risks, and provide timely updates to senior management.

  8. Prepare clear and concise project status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and corrective actions.

  9. Risk & Issue Management

  10. Identify, assess, and document potential project risks and challenges.

  11. Develop effective mitigation plans and ensure prompt resolution.

  12. Documentation & Reporting

  13. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, meeting minutes, and test reports.

  14. Conduct post-project evaluations and prepare lessons-learned reports to improve future processes.

  15. Work closely with the Project Management Team Lead to ensure successful project closure.

  16. Stakeholder Communication

  17. Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure clear and transparent communication.

  18. Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate feedback to drive project success.

  19. Process Improvement

  20. Contribute ideas to enhance project management workflows, tools, and efficiency.

  21. Recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement.

  22. Financial Data Migration & Audit

  23. Lead the migration of historical property management and financial data from legacy systems to new platforms.

  24. Validate, reconcile, and ensure data integrity post-migration.
  25. Prepare clear documentation and audit trails for transparency and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business, IT, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in system integration project management.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and auditing processes will be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Proactive, organized, and a strong team player.
