Role Overview

We are seeking a
Banking IT Project Coordinator/Manager
to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of
FinTech
and
RegTech
projects. This role bridges business and technology — ensuring project milestones are achieved, deliverables are met, and stakeholders remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and technology partners to ensure smooth execution and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage IT and financial software implementation projects from initiation to closure.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure timely execution of project milestones.
  • Track project schedules, risks, and progress; prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings and steering committee reviews.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation (plans, minutes, issue logs, change requests, etc.).
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure minimal impact on delivery.
  • Support business and technical teams to align deliverables with system and functional requirements.
  • Maintain standardized and well-documented communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in IT, Project Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT project coordination/management within
    Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech
    .
  • Familiarity with
    SDLC
    ,
    Agile
    , and
    Hybrid
    methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
