Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in the construction industry.
  • Degree / Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in Road & Drainage (R&D), Structural, and M&E coordination is an advantage.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or other construction-related software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a site team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all construction and engineering activities at the site.
  • Ensure that all works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
  • Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and inspection records.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and clients to resolve technical and site issues.
  • Monitor and ensure that materials and workmanship comply with design and quality requirements.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
  • Verify and certify site measurements, claims, and variations.
  • Implement and enforce safety, health, and environmental regulations on-site.
  • Attend site meetings and technical discussions as required.
  • Support Project Manager in execution, monitoring, and completion of projects.
