About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and personable Receptionist to join our team at NFA AESTHETIC SDN BHD in Kuantan, Pahang. As our Receptionist, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and professional first impression for our clients and visitors. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Greet and assist clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide relevant information about services.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, punctual, and professional.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office).
