We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Assistant to join our Account Department. This position will focus primarily on Accounts Payable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments to vendors/suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process vendor/suppliers invoices and ensure accuracy in data entry.

· Match purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.

· Prepare payment vouchers and assist in payment processing (cheques, online banking).

· Maintain proper records and filing of accounts payable documents.

· Liaise with vendors on invoice and payment matters.

· Assist in month-end closing and audit preparations.

· Perform any other accounting tasks assigned by the Superior.

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field.

· At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.

· Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or others).

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting principles.

· Good communication and organizational skills.

· Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
