Job Descriptions

  • Develop and execute the company's IT roadmap in alignment with corporate vision and long-term goals;
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement emerging technologies (e.g., EMR, AI tools, cloud solutions);
  • Lead the IT team in driving hospital digitalisation, cloud migration, and system integration initiatives;
  • Manage and maintain servers, networks, and hospital information systems (HMS, LIMS, CRM);
  • Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies, data backup protocols, and protection mechanisms to ensure data integrity and compliance;
  • Conduct regular audits and monitoring to uphold data privacy and security standards;
  • Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and finance departments to enhance system efficiency and data visibility;
  • Train staff in IT best practices and foster a technology-driven work culture;
  • Oversee software/hardware procurement, outsourced IT services, and vendor relationships;
  • Manage and optimise IT budgets to ensure maximum return on investment;

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in IT management; healthcare or multi-site organisation experience preferred;
  • Familiar with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), cybersecurity, database, and network operations;
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
