Our client Hurko Actuation (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Sales & Marketing professional to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Develop new business: Identify and cultivate new accounts while exploring untapped markets to expand the company's reach.
  • Deliver technical presentations: Showcase products and services to current and potential customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Assess customer needs: Collaborate with clients and engineers to determine equipment requirements and customize solutions to meet specific needs.
  • Provide customer support: Address installed equipment issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction through efficient problem-solving.
  • Build relationships: Foster and maintain strong connections with prospective, new, and existing customers to drive long-term business growth.
  • Promote product excellence: Persuasively communicate the superior quality of the company's products and services to potential clients.
  • Manage customer data: Establish and maintain an accurate customer database using CRM systems to effectively track sales activities and opportunities.
Who are they looking for?
  • Independent and collaborative: Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Educational background: High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for technical certifications or an associate's degree in a relevant field (e.g., electrical, mechanical).
  • Technical knowledge: Familiarity with Mechanical & Electrical equipment and actuators is advantageous but not required.
  • Communication skills: Strong proficiency in both Malay and English to effectively engage with a diverse client base.
  • Negotiation prowess: Excellent pricing and negotiating skills to secure mutually beneficial deals.
  • Mobility: Possess own transport and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
