About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to support and coordinate our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role involves procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and products to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate procurement activities, including issuing Purchase Orders (PO) and following up with suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and plan stock replenishment to avoid shortages or overstock.
  • Work closely with warehouse teams on receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics partners.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents, delivery orders, and invoices.
  • Track supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues.
  • Conduct stock checks and support inventory reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate supply chain data in ERP/Inventory systems.
  • Prepare supply chain and inventory reports for management.
  • Support process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
  • Good understanding of supply chain processes and documentation.
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
