Assistant Manager, CRM

In this role, you'll lead CRM and loyalty initiatives across Malaysia — driving sales growth through personalized marketing, data-driven insights, and innovative consumer engagement strategies.

You'll be working with a dynamic, cross-functional team in
eCommerce, Customer Value Management, Data, and Digital
, creating campaigns that delight our customers and grow our brand.


What You'll Do

  • Manage and execute CRM & Loyalty strategies to drive retention and lifetime value.
  • Leverage 1st-party consumer data for segmentation and insight generation.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce, Digital, and Creative teams to optimize campaigns.
  • Lead measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement for CRM performance.
  • Deliver seamless, personalized customer experiences aligned with KFC's brand identity.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of CRM or loyalty experience, preferably in eCommerce or F&B.
  • Strong analytical mindset with creative flair and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms or MarTech tools is a plus
