About the Role:

We are seeking a Conga Data Migration Specialist to lead data migration initiatives for CPQ & CLM solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role involves analyzing, transforming, and migrating large datasets while ensuring accuracy, integrity, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze source and target systems to identify data requirements, inconsistencies, and potential migration challenges.
  • Develop and implement strategies for extracting, transforming, and loading data into Conga solutions.
  • Define and configure data models, build migration scripts, and leverage ETL tools or custom solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality through cleansing, validation, and transformation processes.
  • Plan and execute data validation tests to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
  • Optimize migration processes for efficiency and automation.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, business users, and technical stakeholders to align migration efforts with project goals.
  • Prepare and maintain technical design documents, user stories, deployment plans, and other project documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Deep knowledge of Conga solutions (CPQ & CLM).
  • Proficiency in the Salesforce platform, including custom development, APIs, and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools, SQL, and data modeling; scripting knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills for profiling, cleansing, and transforming large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
