- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, MYOB, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end processes.
- Meticulous, analytical, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Able to handle fullset accounts, cash flow and budgetting projection.

Job Descriptions:
- Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
- Process invoices, payment vouchers, staff claims, and supplier payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable collections and update aging reports.
- Prepare monthly financial schedules and assist in month-end closing.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
- Assist in preparing management reports, budgets, and cash flow statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and bankers when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
