Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee smooth execution of event operations.
  • Manage and guide event staff, including training and monitoring.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely setup and services.
  • Supervise event setup to meet company standards.
  • Give real-time feedback to improve staff and event performance.
  • Be the main contact for solving issues during events.
  • Ensure events follow safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines.
  • Handle on-site challenges and make quick adjustments when needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Work 5 days a week (3 weekdays + 2 weekend days).
  • Minimum qualification: SPM or higher.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Physically fit for on-site event work.
  • Own transport and willing to travel.
  • Able to speak and write in English and BM (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Able to start immediately.
