Our client is seeking a Multimedia Designer to join their team

Join our client's dynamic Global Marketing Team as a Multimedia Designer and bring your creative vision to life This exciting role offers the perfect opportunity to work on diverse marketing projects spanning both digital and print mediums, where you'll collaborate with a talented marketing team to create compelling designs that resonate with target audiences. You'll be at the forefront of design trends and technology while contributing to impactful marketing campaigns for a growing global advisory firm.

What you'll be doing?

Creative Design Development - Design engaging marketing materials including web banners, emails, graphics, leaflets, and event displays that capture attention and communicate effectively with target audiences.

Collaborative Concept Creation - Work closely with the Marketing team to develop innovative design concepts that meet and exceed industry standards while maintaining brand consistency.

Content Analysis & Design Strategy - Analyze provided content to create designs that are both visually attractive and strategically communicative, ensuring maximum impact for each project.

End-to-End Creative Process - Manage the complete creative workflow from initial brainstorming and concept development through to final output file production.

Trend Research & Innovation - Stay current with the latest web trends, technology, tools, and usability best practices to keep designs fresh and competitive.

Multi-Channel Campaign Support - Participate in comprehensive marketing projects and campaigns, creating cohesive assets across both digital platforms and print materials.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background - A Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related creative discipline that provides a strong foundation in design principles.

Professional Experience - At least 3+ years of hands-on working experience in professional commercial design environments, demonstrating your ability to deliver quality work under business pressures.

Technical Proficiency - Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other relevant design software essential for creating professional-grade materials.

Web Design Knowledge - Familiarity with Figma and web design principles would be highly valued and help you contribute to digital marketing initiatives.

Communication Skills - Strong communication abilities in both English and Mandarin, as these language skills support collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Portfolio Requirement - Please include your creative portfolio alongside your resume to showcase your design capabilities and creative approach.
