About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team at MyeongDong Topokki Bayan Lepas, located in the vibrant Solaria Square area. As a full-time Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and leading your team to success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate the work of restaurant staff, including hosts, servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards
  3. Provide training and support to restaurant staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver a superior dining experience to our customers
  4. Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service
  5. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
  6. Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures
  7. Assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory or management role
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting
  5. Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry
  6. Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  7. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
