Role Overview

As a Process Engineer, you will lead the development, optimization, and documentation of manufacturing processes.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that our operations meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing equipment.
  2. Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation in line with ISO 9001:2005.
  3. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for process deviations.
  4. Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless process integration.
  5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  6. Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on process standards and documentation.
  7. Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.

Job Requirement:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering.
  2. Minimum 1 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment
  3. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2005 and quality management systems
  4. Proven experience in drafting and implementing SOPs and work instructions
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  6. Strong communication and leadership abilities
