Senior Business Development Executive

We are a leading supplier and service provider of premium foodservice equipment, offering innovative solutions to support the growing F&B and hospitality industry across Malaysia. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Executive to join our team in Kota Kinabalu who is ready to make an impact, grow their career, and enjoy attractive rewards for performance, focusing on driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the Sabah region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of foodservice equipment and solutions to HORECA and other F&B establishments in Kota Kinabalu and the Sabah region.
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities, including key accounts and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and product presentations to customers.
- Collaborate with the technical/service team to ensure smooth execution of projects and after-sales service support.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market feedback to management.
- Support marketing initiatives such as trade shows, culinary workshops, and product demonstrations.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in foodservice equipment, commercial kitchen, or related industries (F&B, hospitality, engineering solutions).
- Strong business development skills with proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, ambitious and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiar with the Kota Kinabalu/Sabah F&B and hospitality market is an added advantage.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within the Sabah region.
