As a User Growth & Operations Specialist, you will be reporting to the User Growth & Operations Country Lead, you'll play a critical role in executing operational tasks, managing end-to-end campaign configurations, and delivering actionable data insights to support the Alipay+ Rewards platform's growth objectives. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can balance independent task ownership with clear escalation of strategic decisions to ensure alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Metrics Understanding: Execute tasks directly tied to key business metrics, including tracking Daily Active Users (DAU), Conversion Rates and eShop order & Total Payment Volume (TPV). Ablity to provide data and insights to enable teams to monitor progress and report on performance metrics.
  • End-to-End Management: Own specific projects/campaigns from planning draft, setup to launch, including technical configuration, design validation, A/B test parameters, asset deployment, and end-to-end testing. Pull data for plan drafting, document processes clearly, record campaign screenshots, and ensure accuracy and efficiency in execution.
  • Data Extraction & Insight Delivery: Navigate internal dashboards to collect, process, and analyze planning data, performance metrics, income statements, and tracking reports. Deliver clear summaries and actionable recommendations to ops lead for decision-making and strategic refinements.
  • Task Ownership & Escalation: Detailed oriented and high accuracy in all configuration (e.g., campaign setup, test parameters) while proactively escalating deviations, risks, or critical decisions related to budgets, timelines, or strategic adjustments to the ops lead.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Communicate effectively in English, Mandarin, and localized languages to collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing). Ensure clarity, transparency, and alignment in all project updates, issue resolution, and stakeholder reporting.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience: 3+ years in operations, project management, or data analysis roles, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or digital platforms.
  • Technical proficiency: Hands-on experience with configuration tools, A/B testing frameworks, and data analysis platforms.
  • Project management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with e-wallet ecosystems, app platforms, or loyalty/reward program mechanics.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with a track record of balancing independent work and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in documenting workflows and creating user-friendly guides for internal reference.
