Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize project-related information, including summaries, sales kits, and other materials for upload to the company cloud system.
  • Attend project briefings (on-site, gallery, or via Zoom) and maintain a clear understanding of project packages and offerings.
  • Manage and update sales charts, including tracking unit availability and coordinating with developers for the latest updates.
  • Work closely with developers, colleagues, and departments to resolve agent-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Handle and follow up on developer feedback and complaints, ensuring professional communication and resolution.
  • Provide assistance to agents by clarifying project details, addressing queries, and sharing updated information.
  • Prepare and submit reports and presentations in a timely manner as assigned by management.
  • Update and respond to developer updates in WhatsApp focus groups and agent (REN) inquiries in Telegram focus groups.
  • Support other ad-hoc tasks and assignments related to project management and coordination as needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Computer literate, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
  • Energetic, motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced working environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, good organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize daily workloads effectively.
  • Outspoken, internet-savvy, and comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders.
  • Must possess own transport and be available to join immediately or within 1 month's notice.
  • Preferably Chinese male candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
